Jim lived in Madrid 45 years ago, for about 6 or 8 months. It was a life changing experience. This time it was an experience shared by Jim and Kim. We had the opportunity to see the world through different eyes.

• An example of how others see the world differently is global warming and "green" thinking. Outside the US, global warming was accepted as fact some time ago. While propaganda has already begun in the US to prepare us for more "Nuclear power", in Spain they are well on the way to "Green" power. They are installing windmills and other technology. They are also replacing and closing their nuclear plants. Four of Spain's nine nuclear power plants are already closed with work underway to eliminate the others within the next 15 years. Everywhere we went the trash containers on the streets had three seperate compartments for recycling.
